5,000-square-foot ballroom, 2,500-square-foot junior ballroom, a board room suitable for executive meetings and several smaller meeting rooms
There will also be an extensive pre-function area, including outdoor terraces and lawn areas ideal for weddings and special events in spring, summer and fall.

Montage Residences:
Approximately 80 wholly-owned luxury residences will be situated on the upper six floors of the lodge-style resort building, ensuring premium vistas of the mountain setting, and will feature:

Choice of 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- or 5-bedroom residences
Approximately 1,200 to 5,500 square-feet
High ceilings, private balconies, gas fireplaces, fully-equipped high-end kitchens and luxurious five-fixture stone bathrooms with coffered ceilings and heated master bath floors
Forty-nine of the residences, with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedrooms ranging from 1,200 - 3,500 square feet, will be offered fully furnished, complete with the resort's estate-quality furnishings, fabrics and interior design touché, and may be offered as hotel suites for rental to hotel guests at the option of the homeowner
Another 31 of the residences, with 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedrooms ranging from approximately 1,700 - 5,500 square-feet, will be offered fully finished but not furnished

During the winter ski season, guests and residents will enjoy unrivaled ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort, named North America's #1 ski resort in September 2007 by Ski Magazine
This includes more than 200 acres of all-new peaks and gladed terrain, and nine new trails, reached by the high-speed quad chairlift, the Lady Morgan Express, that opened in December 2007
Montage ski concierge staff will receive, store and prepare all equipment, warm boots, and arrange lift tickets and lessons, including private lessons from the Deer Valley Resort, so that guests and residents may simply concentrate on skiing
Other outdoor winter recreational pursuits include snowshoeing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, snow mobiling, sleigh rides and hot air ballooning
